    IMPORTANT NOTE - FUNDED IN PART OR IN WHOLE BY: Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Vendors are required to comply in accordance with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200, terms, conditions, and specifications. Notice to Bidder Invitation to Bid (B) Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR for the replacement and installation of one (1) drive-through lane style bus wash system. The current system is a Belinger two-lane drive through style bus wash. The new system will be located in Lane 2 of our Bus Wash building and will require the removal of arches, brushes, guide rails, a pump, compressor, tank, electronics and other non-functioning equipment prior to the installation of all new components necessary for a high-quality wash system. The new wash will need to be compatible with plumbing system currently in place. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this solicitation are instructed to submit, in accordance with specifications, their sealed bids, pertinent to this project prior to the date and time specified to the office of the Procurement Management Director, either electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Hand-delivered Bids shall be received in a sealed envelope, prior to the time scheduled to receive Bids, and shall be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as identified in these solicitation documents. Download the Bid Invitation and complete all Attributes, Bid Lines if applicable, and Supplier Information. Ensure all requested attachments are included as specified and the Bid Invitation is signed and dated. The sealed Bids submitted are to be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office located at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, in conformance with solicitation documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. The Scope of Work/Specifications for this solicitation is available from https://leegov.ionwave.net. Bidders who obtain Scope of Work/Specifications from sources other than https://leegov.ionwave.net are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The County’s official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from https://leegov.ionwave.net. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete Bids.
