Chemical facilities, odor control facilities and an administration facility are project elements. The project includes an associated array of piping enhancements, site development enhancements, drainage improvements and civil/yard enhancements, install power supply from electric utility, interconnect with City’s potable water network, together with electrical, instrumentation, and control enhancements to develop a complete and functional facility capable of treating 3.0 MGD permitted design flow.
