Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance & labor & material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders be advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CGS Section 31-53.Contract subject to state spending allocation goals & contract compliance requirements including non-discrimination requirements enforced by CHRO.
