    The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.The District is seeking assistance from a General Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete a dumpster pad expansion in accordance with plans and specifications and applicable codes referenced on Exhibit C – Project Specifications.The work includes but, is not limited, to locating underground utilities; identifying conflicts; performing selective demolition; and minimizing disruption to operations. The Contractor shall coordinate irrigation system adjustments and restore them after construction; construct a new dumpster pad with associated improvements (including concrete, grading, and fencing with gates); ensure proper drainage; maintain traffic control and job site protection; and restore all disturbed areas to conditions equal to or better than existing.
