    Description

    Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for PP-2026-0021 - Administration Building & Reibold Building Facade Lighting Project. All submittals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

     

    Montgomery County is interested in procuring professional design services from qualified vendors for the Administration Building & Reibold Building Façade Lighting Project. This project will result in the complete replacement of an existing façade lighting system currently in use at the County Administration Building as well as the new installation of a façade lighting system at the Montgomery County Reibold Building. Qualified vendors shall have robust prior experience in the design of façade lighting systems and shall provide a minimum of 5 previously completed projects with references included as a part of their submission.
