This solicitation is limited to Master Contractors holding an active contract under the COTS 2012 Master Contract and who are authorized Adobe resellers. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure uninterrupted access to Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise licensing, updates, security patches, and manufacturer support currently in use by the Department. This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) secondary competition. Only certified SBR vendors that are eligible Master Contractors under the COTS 2012 Master Contract may submit a Proposal.
