This is a fully electronic Request for Proposals (RFP). Respondents must submit their proposals online via the County’s online bidding system. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. Facsimile and e-mail proposals will NOT be allowed. All questions or requests for interpretations must be received within this solicitation by Wednesday, January 7, 2026, before 4:00 pm as specified in the solicitation. Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this solicitation.

Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
Respondent may submit a proposal for Adult Crisis Residential Services in the North Region, a proposal for the South Region, or both locations. Please specify whether your organization is responding to the North Region, South Region, or both locations. Each location will require separate proposals and the required applicable questions to be thoroughly addressed. County may award a contract to one or more Respondent and may award to one Respondent for both locations. County expects the successful Respondent(s) to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Model Contract.
