    RFQu # 26-009 (Request for Qualifications)

    Pursuant to provisions of Section 1013.46(2), F.S. Section 4.1(8), SREF and Daytona State College Policy 8.08, the College hereby publicly announces it will accept applications from firms licensed to do work in the State of Florida for Certification as Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Construction Managers to perform work at Daytona State College.

    Contractors must be pre-qualified in order to submit bids for projects at Daytona State College. The pre-qualification certificates issued will be valid for 1 year: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

    Applications are due by 2:00 pm, May 22, 2026. Interested parties may obtain applications packets at https://www.daytonastate.edu/facilities-planning or by contacting the Daytona State College Facilities Planning Department at 386-506-4322 or by email to FacilitiesPlanning@DaytonaState.edu.
