All bids will be dated and time-stamped once received by the AMI Housing (AMIH) representative. Bids are due by 2:00 pm local time on July 24, 2026 for the above-mentioned project. Bids received after said time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been properly submitted will be publicly opened and read aloud.All interested parties are invited to attend. AMIH will conduct this public bid opening through a teams meeting to be posted on the AMIH website Projects page. The work to be performed includes the following: Civil site upgrades and interior/exterior renovations to remodel four (4) existing homes and add a 3-bedroom ADU according to provided plans. The projects will be renovated so that there is a total of 24 bedrooms across the four sites with 15% of bedrooms ADA accessible.
