The scope of work is expected to include evaluations drawn from disciplines which include engineering, finance, legal, tax planning, project management, procurement and supply chain management, construction, the structuring of real property transactions, and other disciplines as required. All findings, analyses, recommendations, and work-product produced by the advisor will be documented and delivered to the Board and DEP in written form at intervals specified in the RFP and legal agreement or agreements resulting from this RFP.
