    Description

    The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Unit, invites responses to a Request for Proposals from qualified affordable housing developers seeking funding for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable rental and ownership housing including Accessory Dwelling units (ADUs). Eligible developers must have site control for their proposed use of Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds. In alignment with the purposes of PLHA, proposed projects should predominately serve residents earning up to 120 percent of Area Median Income (AMI). Projects must be within the County of Shasta outside of the City of Redding limits. The City of Shasta Lake will approve Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation projects only.

    Only complete proposals that include site control will be evaluated.
