    Description

    The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Division, invites responses to a Request for Proposals from qualified affordable housing developers seeking funding for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of permanent supportive housing projects that embrace 'Housing First' principles to combat homelessness with a focus on veterans. Eligible developers must have site control for their proposed use of Homekey+ funds. In alignment with the purposes of Homekey+, the project will serve households with an individual who is homeless, chronically homeless, or at risk of homelessness who are also living with a behavioral health challenge. Projects must be within the County of Shasta outside of the City of Redding limits.
