If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at: www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities To be eligible for participation, all buildings must be located north of Con Ed service territory. Buildings in Con Ed, KEDNY and KEDLI service territories are ineligible to be participate. Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: Only affordable multifamily projects containing at least 5 dwelling units can participate in the program. Eligibility will be assessed at the project level. Multiple buildings can participate in a single project but each individual building must contain at least 2 units. To qualify as affordable housing, at least 25 percent of the units are, or are expected to be, occupied by households earning not more than 80 percent of the Area Median Income or State Median Income, whichever is higher.
