Contract Scope This contract is for providing state agencies and public entities with access to aircraft services that are not part of an airline’s published schedule. Category 3: External Load (Rotor Wing) Rotary-wing aircraft with the ability for transportation of items and equipment as well as medical transport. Category 4: Fire Protection (Rotor Wing) Rotary-wing aircraft specially equipped for use in aerial firefighting. Category 5: Wildlife Management (Rotor Wing) Aerial wildlife management, including capture and tagging northwest wildlife. Category 6: Survey (Rotor Wing) Rotor-wing aerial surveying and mapping services. Example tasks may be visual, photographic, aerial surveys, potentially at low altitudes.
