    Description

    Description

Charlotte County Public Schools (hereinafter "CCPS") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of three (3) fixed-wing airworthy training aircraft in support of the Charlotte Technical College (CTC) Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Education Program. This program provides students with foundational instruction in aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance in accordance with FAA standards for A&P certification.

CCPS seeks a vendor with demonstrated experience in aircraft acquisition, market sourcing, and the regulatory processes associated with the transfer of aircraft ownership — including FAA documentation and applicable state filings. The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete scope of services described herein, from initial aircraft sourcing through final delivery to the District's designated airport. Final aircraft selection will be made in coordination with CTC.

This RFP is not a commitment by CCPS to award a contract. CCPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
