Contract 03624 Fully Refundable Airfare - Alaska Airlines Contract 23923 Agent Assisted Travel Services Contract 28623 Travel Management Services (NASPO) Scope This Statewide Contract is for refundable and nonrefundable airline tickets for use by authorized government travelers for work only. Enterprise Services does not make travel arrangements or flight bookings. All travel arrangements are handled by each agency, internally. It is considered best practice to purchase refundable tickets for government travel. Please consult with your agencies travel administrator prior to purchasing tickets to ensure internal policies and procedures are being followed. How to Use This Contract One-Time Initial Enrollment to Access Contract Fares through Delta Business for State of Washington Step 1. Sign up for a free Delta Skymiles number. A free SkyMiles number can be obtained at Join SkyMiles . Note: the program requires you to have a Delta SkyMiles number to receive the discount. If you are an administrator (e.g. purchasing airfare for your staff) you will need to have a SkyMiles number. Additionally, each traveler will need to have a SkyMiles number. Step 2. Enroll in Delta Business for the State of Washington. To request enrollment in Delta Business for the State of Washington, please email Madilyn.graversen@des.wa.gov AND StateofWashington@Delta.com. In that request, please include the following information: a. Full agency name; b. Administrator name and email (agency staff responsible for travel arrangements) Please allow one to two days for processing and approval of initial enrollment requests. Step 3. Once request is approved, you will receive an invitation email from Delta Air Lines to complete your enrollment. Note: This invitation email is good for a one-time use only. Once you open the invitation, please complete the enrollment in full. Once enrollment is complete, follow "Using the Contract Once Enrolled" instructions below. If you go back to access Delta.com through the invitation email, it will say the invitation has been rescinded. Using this Contract Once Enrolled 1. Go to www.delta.com or the Fly Delta app and log in using your Delta SkyMiles number. 2. Select "Business" from your profile options. If you are not under "Business" you will not see the contract fares. 3. Search for flights. 4. State of Washington negotiated fares are automatically applied to flights searched. 5. When purchasing flights, please ensure you are following your agencies individual polices, payment methods and, if applicable, the State Accounting and Administrative Manual (SAAM) travel policies. It is highly recommended to work through your agencies travel administrator or admin staff to purchase airfare to ensure your are following applicable policies and regulations regarding air travel.
