The project also includes the rejuvenation, crack seal and re-marking of Runway 11-29 (61,200 square yards) as bid additive 2 and the installation of a trench drain on the apron as bid additive 3. A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of this Notice To Bidders, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Bid Forms, Agreement Forms and Contract Drawings, will be available on Thursday, March 12, 2026; and may be obtained from the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the ¿BIDS¿ tab and from the Georgia Procurement Registry website. Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents.
