Walnut Street, Jesup, GA 31546 on Thursday, April 9, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M. local time and at that hour opened and publicly read aloud for the improvements to the Airport as listed herein. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams using the information below: Date: Thursday, March 19, 2026 Time: 11:00 A.M. local time Web address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting?rtc=1 Meeting ID: 275 641 409 732 27 Meeting Passcode: Bj9EE6qm+ PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project primarily consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 11,200 square yards of the existing parking apron asphalt pavement in the base bid and approximately 9,930 square yards as bid additive 1. The project also includes the rejuvenation, crack seal and re-marking of Runway 11-29 (61,200 square yards) as bid additive 2 and the installation of a trench drain on the apron as bid additive 3. A complete set of Bid Documents, consisting of this Notice To Bidders, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, Bid Forms, Agreement Forms and Contract Drawings, will be available on Thursday, March 12, 2026; and may be obtained from the Passero Associates website, www.passero.com, under the ¿BIDS¿ tab and from the Georgia Procurement Registry website. Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents.
