    You are invited to submit a bid for the painting of the thermophilic digester at 1015 Airport Parkway in the City of South Burlington. All bids shall be accepted by Robert Fischer, Deputy Director of Operations, via email (bfischer@southburlingtonvt.gov) or paper submissions will be accepted at the City Hall at 180 Market St., South Burlington, VT 05403, attention Louis Bresee prior to 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2026. This proposal involves the painting of the thermophilic digester at 1015 Airport Parkway. In addition to the painting several small areas of existing installation on the tank will need to be repaired prior to painting of that area. The primary purpose of this project is to increase the radiant energy of the sun that is absorbed by the surface of the tank and reduce the heat loss from the tank which maintains liquid at a temperature of 140 deg. F.
