Electronic Bids will be received via the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase online bidding system, until 1:00 PM (MST) until May 6, 2026. QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS: To be qualified to bid, each Bidder must submit the required Pre-Qualification Information, and to have attended the Bidder's Tour before receiving an official copy of the Appendix D, Bid Proposal form from the Engineer for AML Project 16G-II, Phase 17, Day Loma Final Revegetation. The required Pre-Qualification Information includes all requests made within the Prequalification Packet attached to the Bid. Do not respond to the Pre-Qualification request directly on Public Purchase. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: Electronic Bids will be received via the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase online bidding system, until 1:00 PM., May 6, 2026. Unit pricing will not be disclosed. Bids must be received by the time and date specified.
