    Description

    Notice of Call for Bids is hereby given by the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Abandoned Mine Land Division (AML), Cheyenne, Wyoming, for a native seeding and revegetation contract associated with open pit uranium mine reclamation. The work site is in the Day Loma Uranium Mining District located approximately 50 miles southeast of Riverton and 20 miles north of Jeffrey City, Fremont County, Wyoming, and designated as AML Project 16G-II, Phase 17, Day Loma Final Revegetation Project. This project is funded in whole or in part with a grant from the Department of Interior, CFDA 15.252. The work on this project is anticipated to begin in August, 2026. Electronic Bids will be received via the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase online bidding system, until 1:00 PM (MST) until May 6, 2026. QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS: To be qualified to bid, each Bidder must submit the required Pre-Qualification Information, and to have attended the Bidder's Tour before receiving an official copy of the Appendix D, Bid Proposal form from the Engineer for AML Project 16G-II, Phase 17, Day Loma Final Revegetation. The required Pre-Qualification Information includes all requests made within the Prequalification Packet attached to the Bid. Do not respond to the Pre-Qualification request directly on Public Purchase. If you have questions they MUST be submitted to the Engineer (BRS, Inc. at brs@brsengineering.com ) no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: Electronic Bids will be received via the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase online bidding system, until 1:00 PM., May 6, 2026. Unit pricing will not be disclosed. Bids must be received by the time and date specified.
