The required Pre-Qualification Information is included in the 17.6D-3N Pre-Qualifications Packet document. Bidders must submit the Pre-Qualification Information directly to the Engineer by March 10, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Do not respond to the Pre-Qualification request directly on Public Purchase. If you have questions they MUST be submitted to the Engineer (BRS, Inc. at aarambel@brsengineering.com) no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: Electronic Bids will be received via the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase online bidding system, until 1:00 PM., March 20, 2026. Unit pricing will not be disclosed. Bids must be received by the time and date specified. If you have not yet registered on the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase website, and are interested in this bid, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays. Activation of your registration may take up to 24 hours. Only bids submitted electronically through Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase shall be accepted. Incomplete submittals shall be rejected.
