The project involves various electrical and substation upgrades including, but not limited to: Replacement of multiple large, medium voltage transformers Replacement of two switchgear line ups and IPA Enclosures Replacement of the 13.8kV switchgear including associated electrical protection systems, data transmission of monitoring, metering, and alarm signals to Parkway WRRF SCADA system Replacement of the 4.16kV switchgear including associated electrical protection systems, data transmission of monitoring, metering, and alarm signals to Parkway WRRF SCADA system New backup battery system(s) Associated ducts / underground feeders and associated cables New electrical manholes Providing HVAC in both the 13.8kV and 4.16 kV IPAs Structures and foundations for 13.8kV and 4.16kV switchgear Structures and foundations for all transformers New paving Stormwater Control Devices Provision of temporary power Any associated auxiliary equipment
