The resulting contract will be for 1 year with the option of 4 additional one-year renewals. SAMPLES: To ensure acceptable quality of the passes, material samples must be submitted with the bid. Provide a printed sample on the specified material, affixed to clear liner. Each sample must include a label that is securely affixed so that it will not fall off during the evaluation process. Each label must clearly identify the sample submission and include the bidder’s name. Bids must be submitted through BidNet but material samples must be submitted in hard copy.
