    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the Annual Pavement Maintenance & Sidewalk Repair (25/26) Project (CIP No. 70025) and will receive sealed bids for the construction, materials, supplies, equipment and/or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package.

     

    Scope of Work: The work consists of roadway paving and slurry seal, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramp and sidewalk repair, traffic striping, traffic loops, traffic control, and all related and appurtenant work necessary to complete the project. The project site is located in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, California, within Zone 7, generally bounded by Edinger Avenue to the north, Tustin Ranch Road to the east, Barranca Parkway to the south, and the State Route 55 (SR-55) to the west. Additionally, the work includes the construction of a new crosswalk across Sycamore Avenue, including the construction of two (2) new curb ramps, sidewalk improvements, curb and gutter improvements, and minor roadway regrading necessary to meet current ADA accessibility and drainage requirements. The work also includes improvements to the back parking lot of Tustin City Hall, consisting of grinding and overlaying the existing pavement, and replacing all striping, legends, and markings as existing.
