SCOPE OF SERVICES The Pittsburgh Land Bank (PLB) seeks a qualified graphic design firm to provide comprehensive layout and design services for the 2025 Annual Report. The selected firm will work directly with PLB staff to translate finalized written content, data, and photography into a professionally designed publication suitable for both print and digital distribution. PLB will provide final written copy, data for charts and graphs, and photography. The draft Annual Report is included as an attachment to this document. Design and layout of a 30–40 page Annual Report Development and design of approximately 1–5 original graphs and charts based on data provided by PLB Cover design consistent with PLB branding Integration of PLB-provided photography into the layout Preparation of a high-resolution print-ready file (CMYK, with bleed specifications as required) Preparation of a web-optimized, shareable digital PDF Provide light editorial review and refinement of PLB-provided text to improve clarity, consistency, and readability, without materially altering substantive content. The selected firm should anticipate up to two (2) rounds of consolidated revisions following submission of the initial full design draft.
