    Description

    > **Attachments are gated.** To access the full download package ($5), contact [support@samsearch.co](mailto:support@samsearch.co). Installation of cathodic protection system, consisting of galvanic aluminum anodes welded to the existing steel bulkhead, at Berth 1, 2, 3, 150/151, 213, 250, 251, 252, 270, 271, 272, 273, and 302. Removal of existing anodes will be required at conflicting areas where proposed location overlaps existing anodes. Test Stations will also be installed for future anode lifecycle testing. All berths will be operating as ACTIVE throughout the construction sequence. The CONTRACTOR may be required to stop work during typical workdays to not interfere with vessel operations. PTB expects days when one of the berths in this scope of work, will be under construction, and have to stop work due to vessel activity. The cathodic protection system is consistent throughout the project and across all berths so as to accommodate the CONTRACTORS ability to relocate to alternative berths due to vessel traffic and minimize down time. CONTRACTOR to coordinate with Port PM and Port Operations throughout the project duration, to accommodate Port tenants and vessel traffic throughout the duration of the contract. If the CONTRACTOR, in the unlikely situation, is unable to relocate work efforts to another berth in the scope of work, when a current berth is under construction, additional days shall be added to the contract to accommodate these delays. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID TELECONFERENCE THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M. ## Details **Bid Opening Date:** 2026-07-09T13:00:00 **Fiscal Year:** 2026 **Solicitation Number:** ITB-005-26-0-2026/AR **Bid Number:** 005-26 **Bid Type:** ITB - Invitation to Bid **Document Distribution Method:** Download **Document Distribution Notes:** None **Distribution Options:** Uploading electronic plan files (.plt, .dwg, .dwf) **Electronic Bidding:** Yes **County:** Hillsborough County **Planholders:** 18 ## Publications - Florida Sentinel Bulletin - LaGaceta - Tampa Bay Times
