    Description

    The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Provide all necessary mobilization, site preparation, demolition, construction and cleanup work associated with the One Meter and ½ meter dive tower replacements as designated within the bid documents. Work shall include but is not necessarily limited to demolition and removals of the existing dive towers, excavation and formwork for the new dive tower foundations, construction of the new foundations, erection and delivery onto the premises of the new dive towers furnished, electrical bonding of installed items (dive tower anchors) per NEC 680 code, concrete decking repair and replacement, temporary storage and protection (if necessary), progress inspection approvals, anchor installation, replacement of any areas (including landscaping) that was destroyed during construction/demolition, and final testing and calibration of dive towers after construction.
