It is the intent of the University at Buffalo (“University”) to establish one (1) contract for the provision of Apparel and Uniforms based upon the terms and conditions set herein. The University at Buffalo intends to procure Apparel and Uniforms pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6) and NYS Education Law §355 (5)(a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. The Bidder/Contractor shall enter into a written Contract for the Uniform Purchase and shall be responsible to provide product to fulfill this purchase.. The Bidder/Contractor shall service approximately 500 employees that shall be requiring uniforms at the time of the Contract award for both University Facilities and Residential Life. The University anticipates that employee turnover will occur throughout the term of this Contract, and as they are hired, they will require uniforms under this Contract, ordered on a quarterly basis. There will be up to four (4) purchases per year: o One (1) major purchase yearly at the beginning of the Contract term o Three (3) quarterly purchases for any new employees. All questions should be directed to the procurement contact listed no later than March 12th (10am EST). Responses to this procurement shall be returned electronically by 1:00 pm on March 23rd, 2026 via the eProcurement system Jagger (ShopBlue).
