FEMA Project 963365 & 963375 Applewood Paving and Haley Nelson Trail, PID: CIPTR-2026A, in the City of Burnet, Texas

Base Bid: Reconstruction of approximately 6,500 lf of 7’ wide concrete walking trail, and 470 lf long and 29’ wide of roadway called Applewood Dr from N Applewood  to end of Cottonwood Dr. Improvements involve work with base and concrete pavement, including but not limited minor drainage work and grading. Other miscellaneous items include implementing traffic control as approved by the city, tie-in to existing roads, and a phased approach to construction. Applewood Dr. must be substantially completed by the time school starts in early August. The contractor is required to provide a 1-year 10% maintenance bond along with P&P bonds.
