    Letcher County Fiscal Court is seeking services from a Kentucky Certified Appraisal Reviewer to provide desk technical reviews of approximately one hundred and fifty (150) residential properties, in support of a Floodplain Acquisition Project.Services to be provided include a desk technical review of appraisals to ensure they are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The appraisal value is to reflect the Fair Market Value immediately prior to the flood event that occurred in February, 2025.
