Aquarion Water Authority Underground Locating Services 2026 All proposals for this project will be submitted through Aquarion Water Authority’s (AWA) E-Bid system and will remained sealed until 2:00 PM , current local time, on Friday, August 21st , at which time and place they will then be available for review by AWA. Bids may be submitted anytime before this deadline. Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarifications: Friday, August 14th. Bid Closing: Friday, August 21st Any questions need to be directed through the Clarifications tab on this bid. Please do not reach out to any Aquarion personnel directly. Submit all questions through the bid portal. Aquarion Water Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Note: Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds will not be required for this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of this bid.
