    Description

    The City of Georgetown (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services for all long-term bonds issued by the City which are subject to the arbitrage requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. It is clarified in section 148. The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on of before June 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
