    Consultant shall prepare and calculate, according to all federal, state, and local laws, a five-year arbitrage report and yield reductions calculations. Calculations shall also be performed upon the maturity of bonds or redemption of bonds.Consultant shall prepare and provide the City with any reports and/or forms for any Internal Revenue Services rebate payments.Consultant shall provide fees based on a yearly calculation method and a five year calculation method. The City will use either the yearly calculation or 5-year calculation to determine the basis of award. This will be the Base Fee.Consultant shall provide a list of Additional Services for any other cost that may be incurred in performing the arbitrage rebate service.
