Should the Board exercise this right, only short-listed firms for this Request for Proposal would be eligible to receive the Request of Proposal for that project. Any award / contract will be pending the Board of Education of Carroll County approval and availability of funds. All questions are to be in writing no later than April 17, 2026, and submitted via Public Purchase.
