    In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 15/5100-14E notice is hereby given that a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional airport consulting services is requested from firms for architectural and engineering design services at the City of Red Bluff Municipal Airport. It is the intent of the City of Red Bluff to select and negotiate with one prime airport consultant for the duration of up to five (5) years. The City or Red Bluff has previously submitted grant applications to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or the Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and anticipates submitting future grant applications for additional projects. The project elements, time frames and estimates are subject to change at any time due to constraints outside of the City of Red Bluff’s control. The detailed scope of each project element will be determined as each project is approved and funded
