    Description

    The City of Lake Worth Beach (the “City”) is seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide Professional Architectural/Engineering services related to a proposed new Electric Utilities Administration Building for the City of Lake Worth Beach (City). This essential, hardened and mission critical facility to be located on an undeveloped City property to the north of the City’s Building Dept / Warehouse and Utilities Field Complex property located at 1900 2nd Ave North, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461, accessed via Roger Lowe Dr. The selected Respondent is to furnish a project inclusive of all design, permitting, bid and construction documents, contract administration support and engineering inspections. The selected Respondent shall be chosen based upon their relevant expertise and thorough knowledge of the professional services, functions, activities, and related responsibilities to successfully deliver complete construction documents and construction phase services.  A more detailed scope of services is attached and incorporated into this RFQ as Exhibit “A”.
