    Evaluation Criteria

    • Specialized Experience and Technical Competence (40 pts)

      The respondent must demonstrate experience in the following areas, each of which will be evaluated and scored separately: (a) Designing and providing construction administration of restaurant projects, (b) Developing complete and accurate construction contract documents including plans and specifications; (c) Providing quality designs based on evaluation of the firm's quality management plan. (d) Adhering to project budgets and schedules; and (e) Include services related to the investigation of materials to be removed for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). (f) Satisfactory completion of prior City of Bridgeport projects, if any.

    • Professional Qualifications of Staff and Consultants (35 pts)

      The respondent should demonstrate that it has registered professional personnel in the key disciplines including, but not limited to, Architect, Project Manager and Structural Engineer. Proof of compliance ·with ownership requirements per CGS 20-288 through 20-310 must be included, the evaluation will consider, training, including LEED certification, registration, overall and relevant experience, and longevity with the firm. Some professional services may be provided on a subcontracted basis.

    • Capacity of the Firm (15 pts)

      The evaluation will consider the firm's experience with similar-size projects and available capacity of key disciplines required to perform the work within the requited time frames   established

    • Knowledge of the Locality (10 pts)

      The film should. have considerable and demonstrable experience with all State and City regulatory agencies of the type having jurisdiction over this project including the Department of Administrative Services.
