Events DC is seeking a qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide Architectural Woodwork Restoration Services (the “Services” or “Work”) on an as needed basis at the Facilities. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform the Work, meeting the specifications identified in this solicitation.

Background

Events DC intends to award a single, firm-fixed, labor hour contract (“Contract”) for the Services identified herein. The Base Term of the Contract will be from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
