    The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to Architecture/Engineering Services for an Enhanced Beautification Project at the Gary Onderdonk Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Suffern, NY and the Frederick W. Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wesley Hills, NY. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single contractor.
