    The City of Oxnard invites sealed Bids for ARTERIAL STREET RESURFACING - OXNARD BLVD., 5th STREET, SAVIERS ROAD, & VENTURA ROAD PROJECT, SPECIFICATION NO. PW 25-43. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on FEBRUARY 11, 2026 with a NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on January 22, 2025 at 10:00AM. Any questions regarding the Bid or the Pre-Bid must be emailed to grace.hernal@oxnard.org. All Bidders must be plan holders of record to submit a Bid to the City, which entails purchasing copies of all Contract Documents at CyberCopy’s Plan Room, which is located at https://www.cybercopyplanroom.com/jobs/public. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete resurfacing of existing asphalt concrete pavement along Oxnard Blvd from Gonzales Rd. to Wagon Wheel Dr. and at Orchard Pl. from Oxnard Blvd. to West end; along Saviers Rd from Wooley Rd to Pleasant Valley Rd; along Fifth St. from Ventura Rd to Oxnard Blvd; and along Ventura Rd. from Fifth St to Vineyard Ave. The Work includes the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement and compaction of asphalt rubberized concrete (ARHM) and installing asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) interlayer; micro-surfacing; excavation and reconstruction of asphalt pavement failed areas; concrete repairs; adjust utility covers to finished grade; removal and replacement of street name signs; and traffic striping & pavement marking.
