Carrizo System Expansion for Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) GMP 1 and 2. GMP 1 includes the expansion of the existing water treatment plant from 19 MGD to 38 MGD and construction of the new clarification system. GMP 2 includes segments 1C and 1D of the pipeline, construction of seven (7) well sites (wells to be drilled in a separate contract), and expansion of the existing booster pump station.
A site visit will be held on May 14, 2026, at 10 AM at the Water Treatment Plant site located at 362 Wolf Run Road, Rosanky, TX 78953. The site visit will be continued at 1:30 PM at the Maxwell Booster Pump Station located at 9901 TX-142, Maxwell, TX 78656.
