The County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide as-needed septic tank maintenance services to one or more septic system services: as-needed and emergency maintenance, pump outs, septic system repairs, effluent and groundwater sampling, with required reporting of septic systems located at County-owned or operated beaches. The selection of Vendors will be based on the qualifications of the firms that submit proposals. Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must provide proof of training certificates authorized by the manufacturer to service the types of septic systems and a minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years of relevant experience providing services for the categories being requested. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. The deadline for submitting SOQs will be 5:00 p.m., December 23, 2024, however, County will continuously accept SOQ’s throughout the duration of the Master Agreement.
