    The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Related Entities, including Delta Community Developers Corp. and Related Entities (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Authority”), are seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide as-needed unlawful detainer legal services. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.comwebsite by 2:00 P.M. on Monday, February 9, 2026. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a “SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT” before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, February 23, 2026. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding. NOTICE OF HUD SECTION 3 ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY: This may be a Section 3 covered project and may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. DCDC encourages participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, as well as minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
