    Description

In the past, the District has abated asbestos in some portions of many of the schools and administrative buildings. This proposal allows for supervision of asbestos abatement and repair of any remaining sites and testing of any additional areas not previously found and abated. This proposal will also include the six-month survey and three-year Inspections. The District's Asbestos Coordinator will coordinate the plan of action. This is a multi-term proposal which may be in place for five (5) years at the discretion of the District. Please include pricing for the first year only in this Request for Proposal. At the end of each year, the District reserves the option to extend the contract for another year or any portion thereof until the multi-term proposal expires, whichever is most beneficial to the District.
