The Project is located in the City of New Port Richey, Florida, with multiple project locations as listed below: • Astor Drive from Berkely Road south to Palmetto Road • Palmetto Road from Astor Drive east to Stork Court The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: • Approximately 927 linear feet of 12”x 18” ERCP, 285 linear feet of 14” x 23” ERCP, 691 linear feet of 19” x 30” ERCP • Seven Type P-7 manholes and 15 Type C inlets and 4 Type D inlets. • One Baffle Box • Approximately 400 Linear Feet of 8-inch PVC Water Main. • Approximately 1000 Linear Feet of 6-inch PVC Water Main. • Miscellaneous piping, valves, associated piping appurtenances, connections to existing water systems, various service assemblies, etc. • Restoration of asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalks, driveways, pavement marking, etc. • All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the City of New Port Richey Public Works Facility, 6132 Pine Hill Road, Port Richey, FL 34668. To assure that Bidders receive all addenda and or clarifications to the Bid Documents in a timely manner, it is mandatory that all bidders obtain at least one set of Bid Documents from the Engineer to be eligible to bid on this project.
