    Please be advised that this is a re-solicitation of CSI-2505, and it contains an amended Scope of Work and Bid Price Breakdown Pages. Bidders are advised to review all documents carefully and submit any questions during the designated Question and Answer period. The City University of New York, on behalf of College of Staten Island, seeks a designated charter bus service provider to provide charter bus transportation services for all of CSI’s athletic teams, coaches, and staff, and other College departments on an as-needed basis for various events. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year and is anticipated to commence upon receipt of all required approvals. The Contractor shall provide vehicles with duly licensed and qualified operators and shall at all times comply with the specifications set forth in Attachment H of the Invitation for Bids package. Please be advised that all respondents to the IFB must submit the documentation established in Schedules 1 - 5 of the IFB Specifications. All questions must be submitted in writing, via-email, for inclusion in a subsequent addendum, Submit any questions regarding this IFB by no later than December 23, 2025 at 4 PM EST. Bidders are advised to read all sections of the solicitation carefully, with emphasis on all terms and conditions and bidder requirements. By tendering a response to this solicitation, each bidder agrees that it accepts all terms and conditions in the package without exception. If a bidder requires clarification on, or seeks to propose an exception to, any of the terms and conditions or requirements contained in the solicitation package, all such requests must be made in writing prior to the Questions Deadline. Proposed exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and determinations will be published in a subsequent addendum. Bidders are not to rely upon an exception agreed to for a prior contract award to govern the terms of this solicitation – all proposed exceptions must be introduced and incorporated via addendum issued specifically for this solicitation. Exceptions submitted or proposed after the Q&A Period may result in the bidder’s submittal being deemed non-responsive by the College. Please note that the primary publication of record for this IFB and all subsequent updates, including Addenda, is the New York State Contract Reporter, with updates also provided on the Sell to CUNY website. The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad. Compliance Procurement Lobbying Act Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following forms if they are selected. 1. “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j (3) and § 139-j (6) (b)” 2. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”.
