Project includes work to the existing building, pooldeck, site and parking lot. Repairs shall include, but are not limited to, replacement of existingfinishes, fixtures, and equipment with new. Replacement of existing mechanical, electrical andplumbing systems with new. Grind and overlay and re-stripe of existing parking lot. Alterationsshall include, but are not limited to, reconfiguration of the existing community center & aquaticbuilding, offices, meeting rooms, program support spaces, restroom(s) and locker facilities.Conform existing parking lot accessible path of travel to be code compliant.
