Project includes work to the existing building, pooldeck, site and parking lot. Repairs shall include, but are not limited to, replacement of existingfinishes, fixtures, and equipment with new. Replacement of existing mechanical, electrical andplumbing systems with new. Grind and overlay and re-stripe of existing parking lot. Alterationsshall include, but are not limited to, reconfiguration of the existing community center & aquaticbuilding, offices, meeting rooms, program support spaces, restroom(s) and locker facilities.Conform existing parking lot accessible path of travel to be code compliant. Pool deck and demoof existing pool. Additions to the project include, but are not limited to, 5,918 SF of occupied spaceto the existing 12,900 SF building. New construction items include, but are not limited to, two newpools, pool mechanical building, exterior storage building, shade canopy structures, event lawn,terrace shade canopy, detached pre-manufactured cabanas, secondary aquatic entry, site walls,double-sided LED scoreboard and banner supports, monument signage, building signage,landscape and irrigation improvements.
