To ensure efficient and timely project execution, the proposer must have both an office and a warehouse located within a 30-mile radius of the City of Laguna Beach.2. All Crestron programming services for this project must be performed by a Crestron certified programmer. Bidders are required to include a copy of the programmer’s Crestron certification with their bid submission. This requirement ensures the highest standard of programming quality and consistency across the project.3. AV Contractor must have a minimum of 15 installations and service staff on their payroll.
