    Central Ohio Technical College is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for auditorium drapery fabrication & installation at the John and Mary Alford Performing Arts Hall (auditorium), located within the John Gilbert Reese Center, 1209 University Drive, Newark, OH 43055. All bidders are strongly encouraged to schedule a walk-through prior to March 1, 2026 to ensure a clear understanding of the project. Walk-throughs can be scheduled by contacting Doug Warthen, Assistant Director of Facilities. (740) 364-9560 or warthen.5@mail.cotc.edu. COTC will not be held responsible for errors in, or misunderstandings of, the project specifications. All questions must be submitted in writing via the Public Purchase website no later than 5:00 p.m. on 03/03/2026. BIDDERS MUST ATTACH A DETAILED PROPOSAL to include the costs of the entire project (Goods, necessary materials, labor, etc.). Colors of main curtains and valences are to be stock colors and must be approved by COTC staff. During the evaluation/selection process, samples of fabric and colors may be required. Any variance to the listed specifications must be approved in advance by COTC staff. Award will be made in the form of a COTC Purchase Order. COTC is a Sales Tax Exempt Organizations.
