The Automated Weather Observation System project is the procurement and installation of an AWOS III P/T at the Leesville Municipal Airport (L39) in Leesville, LA and includes the site preparation for the equipment to include the establishing the power supply, site work, access drive construction, procurement of the AWOS system and installation, and data link to the terminal building.

Notice is hereby given that project is funded through Federal and/or State grants which will not be available at the time of the bidding. The owner may reject all bids and cancel this soliciation if adequate funding is not secured within  (45) days after bidding.  No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within Forty-Five (45) days after the actual date of bid opening.
