    The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Autonomous Robotic Floor Scrubber and Sweeper Equipment, Installation, Training, Warranty, and Support along with docking/workstation/charging systems for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will determine where each set is to be located and installed. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, through the Procurement Portal.

    • Qualifications of Key Personnel (Project Team Experience). (15 pts)

      a. Technical abilities and experience of key project personnel.

      b. Availability of key project personnel.

      c. Technician based/living within a 25-mile radius of Greenville, SC.

    • Proven Performance and References. (25 pts)

      a. Quality of past performance for Greenville County Schools, if applicable, and/or similar work for other municipalities or government agencies.

      b. Provision of references and general reputation of firm.
